RETURN POLICY
- Items purchased from the online store can be returned in new, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
- If you purchased your item from asecond party or retail outlet, please contact them directly to determine what return options they provide.
- Whatever the reason for returning the product, please contact us for the correct return process and address prior to returning the product.
- Please note that we’re not able to cover any return shipping costs. However, if this is due to incorrect information on our website, please contact us and we will assume all responsibility.
- If the package doesn’t reach us, we won’t be able to process your return, so it’s important make sure that you fill in the information and address we provide. Please wrap your package carefully so it doesn’t get damaged in the returns process, as we won’t be able to exchange or refund damaged products.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
RETURNS
- Returns are processed in 7-10business days after the package arrives at our facility.
- Refunds must be returned to the original form of payment.
- Note that if a refund is not received within 10 business days, please contact us.
EXCHANGE
- Contact us for the reason of replacement and the product you want to replace.
- Ship the productback to us.
- Once we receive your return, we'll ship your new products out.
